The Souveraine Tea Colman make from white nettles is given all year through.

When your birds are out of condition, when your birds do not win prizes begin immediately to give them Souveraine Tea Colman.

Bring 1 litre of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of Souveraine Tea Colman.

Cover and let steep for 15 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and pour in their drinking.

Make the tea fresh, never make it in advance.
